Before Production Begins:
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, our customization process will begin, and cancellation will no longer be possible. -

Replacements Only:
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or if it is damaged during transit, we will offer a free replacement of the same product.

- Product is damaged during shipping
